Culinary

 

          Last fasted month,my mother asked me to help her made some food for breaking the fast. We cooked green chili chicken.
*    The Materials :
1.     One Whole Chicken (1 kg)
2.     Vegetable oil to fry

*    Softened seasoning :
1.     5 tablespoons slices red onion
2.     2 tablespoons slices garlic
3.     1 teaspoon greater galingale
4.     1 teaspoon ginger
5.     1 teaspoon condiment made from pounded and fermented shrimp or small fish
6.     1 tablespoon salt

*    Another Seasoning :
1.     2 tablespoons minces green chillies
2.     1 lemongrass,then crush it
3.     1 slice galangal,then crush it
4.     2 fresh tomatoes,then dice it
5.     1 tablespoon water tamarind
6.     2 tablespoons vegetable oil for sauten

*    Steps :
1.     Clean the chicken then wash it with clean water
2.     Cut the chicken into 12 pieces
3.     Fry the chicken until it’s colour turn tawny and then set aside
4.     Stir-fry the softened seasoning with 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
5.     Add another seasoning,tomato,and minces green chillies
6.     Stir-fry again until the chilli looks wilted 
7.     Add the chicken,reduce heat. Stir slowly until all the chicken wrapped with all the condiments then drain it
8.    Better serve with rice and the other food

Adventure

 Haii Guys !! back to my blog again,now i want to tell you a little bit about one of the best adventure that i have ever had during my holiday. I spend two weeks with a lot of activities. On the first week i and the other participants follow a basic educational Jamadagni XXXIX. it's held in Subang,East Java. In there we are train to be a good nature explorer with many educational learning that very usefull in nature. We learnt about a land navigation,how to make shelter,how to make fire,how to rescue somebody,and how to survive in worst situation like a lack of food,cloths,and the other worst things that probably happen in jungle.and just for information,we are ate a simple food during the survival test. the food is like banana stem,a fruit called pakutiang (it's contain a lot of sap),and the other save food that we found in jungle.
  Well after one week,the Jamadagni Committee held a ceremony to welcome a new member of Jamadagni,yeah of course it's us.In that moment i felt happy and proud,but there is one thing that make me sad, my parents not come to pick me. They still in Pangandaran,celebrate a new years eve but fortunately my aunt and my uncle come to pick me. After that i rest in my home for about two days,but you dont have to worry because the adventure still continued.
   I went to Pangandaran,ALONE by bus. it's a wonderfull things because it was my first time,you know it's like i wanna scream so loud,i felt like never before,i found something new,i felt brave and free. well maybe you just think that i too much,but that is true,that is what i actually felt. okay back to the trip,i spend two days in Pangandaran, i visited my Grandmother house and of course Pangandaran beach.and then i went to Cirebon to visited my family. i spend one day in there,then i go back to my home sweet home in Bandung because i have to school on Monday.The end
